This tool is compatible with the Chrome browser. Like any other Web application testing tools, we have to provide xPath to all the controls.
xPath finder extensions are available, they can be linked with Chrome browser.
Create a New Project
To create a New project in Eazy test tool, click on Project. In the window that opens, click New Project.
Browse the folder where the project needs to be stored in the system, Ex: Test Project
In the specified path, a folder with the name â€œTest Projectâ€ is created containing the project files.
When a new Project is created, some settings will be done by default. To change the same, you can navigate to Project - Preferences.
A line of code will be generated by default,
1. Font style: Affects font style appearance in code
2. Enabled: If true, then this line of control will be executed, otherwise not
3. If Condition: The If condition can be used to perform some operations based on some conditions.
4. Value: This property can be used to give input to the controls
5. Description: Description can use like comment
To Start with test cases, create a Module under the Project.
To create a module, Right click on the Project and click on Module.
Now a new Module is created.
Next, Create a Class and then Add TestMethods as Test Cases in it.
To do this, Right click on the Module and click on Test Class
When the Class is created, by default it contains two test methods,
1. Test method: Setup
2. Test method: Teardown
To insert any configurations, just double click on the configuration, and it will be inserted.
Following is the example login test case, to login into a Website.
To validate the code written, click on Validate from the menu ribbon.
Now, Click on Execute from the menu.
When the Execute button is clicked, the command prompt opens.
Chrome extension opens along with command prompt.
