When there are modifications in the database after the development of the application setup, the new changes can be updated in the ERT file, and new set up should be generated.
Kushal easily handles this type of scenario through version controller.
To do the database changes, load the ERT file, and open Version Controller from the Ribbon. Add the new version SQL statements, and click on Save. In this way you can add any number of SQL statements.
Each SQL statement is equal to new version. You need to set the Version number precision properly by anticipating the probable number of versions (database changes) expected in the application. (For Ex: Version number 1.0001 has a precision of .0000) since it could be a large application with many changes anticipated in future.
